Une mémoire pour l’oubli questions voice and memory as strategies for engagement with the present time. Our memory selects our experiences and our voice carries our history. The transformation of our voice can make us unrecognizable, to ourselves and others, but also otherwise free.
This work gives voice to three women, three generations, who tell the story they brought from Germany and France.
